"I enjoyed how clean this property was! However about 3am on yesterday I woke up to the air conditioner unit making a loud screeching noise and had to turn the unit off for the rest of the night due to me needing to be up by 530. Very disturbing."

"The unit we were at, electronic door was not easy to open, always frustrated to open and also the whole week we lived without any potential service for our towels or trush, so we had to do clean and maintain by ourselves. It is a self-service hotel and especially I tried to contact the hotel team ..."
