We have stayed at several Holiday Inn Express. I only saw the same two people working the entire time we were there. That said, usually no one was at the front desk to answer questions. The pool was out of towels, coffee pots were empty, breakfast was a game of catch up, we need forks, we need spoons, we need more milk, the pancake mix is out, etc. The two workers tried but just too short staffed. Too much money to pay for lack of service.
