“Wasn't a horrible place to stay. Could use a little freshening up. There is not a lot to do in the area so condition is fitting for whats around”

“Need to update door locks, many jamming. Bathrobes a true deep clean. Staff are INCREDIBLE, so polite & welcoming!!”

“We had a handicapped accessable room and the shower did not work properly. The hand held spray did not work. I told the front desk and they had a repairman come and fix it the next day. It then worked but it leaked horribly. The staff was good to get someone to look at it but the repairman did a less than good job.”

“Clean room and excellent staff. Only reason not all 5 stars is because towel rack in bathroom was broken and body wash container in shower was empty. Would definitely stay there again. Convenient location! ”

“The room we were placed in was not the room in the photo when I booked. We were placed on the 2nd floor, but there are no elevators, so we had to carry our luggage up the stairs. I am not handicapped, but did have a knee replacement, and need the other knee replaced, so walking up stairs with luggage was not super easy either. The bathroom was incredibly small, and the tile around the edges of the floor did not appear to have ever been cleaned. The shower was slippery, and the shower curtain...

“This is absolutely horrendous, we were given our first room, and the beds were not made, and there was blood in the bathtub and walls, we were then given a second room, there was blood under the toilet seat and blood on the walls in the shower the "Continental breakfast" A COMPLETE SCAM, nothing but toast and yogurt, they claim to have a heated pool, the pool was freezing, Also they have a side door that said its locked between 11pm-5am NEVER LOCKED BIG SAFETY CONCERN”

Appena 5 minuti di auto dal centro di Bloomington e 10 minuti da Normal (con un centro molto bello). Colazione degna di nome,visto cosa propone la concorenza di queti tempi. “A place not to be missed, even if you're just passing thru. Historical yet still functioning well this is a cool spot of midwest history. Great deals on stays online and yes - it is dated but what place isn't with this much history. Glad to see it getting updates and care again. Enjoyed the pool, hot tub and sauna (mens). Rough that some hands-off parents let kids roam around sometimes late at night and mess things up - seemed like some kids dumped coffee in the pool or something. ...

“Appreciated staying in a facility that was up to date and modern. Only complaint we have is that the elevator took way too long to close the doors, even when the button was pushed to close the doors (it did not respond).”
