Hotel a Le Roy

“Hotel itself was good. Customer service was lacking. Called a week ahead and day of asking if we could check in an hour early. Got there and were told we couldn’t, then saw several groups of people check in while we were waiting, we tried again and then they let us check in. Also told them our room was out of hand soap and body wash and never got it taken care of our entire stay.”

“The room was clean, but it was very stuffy. The AC was not super effective. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast options were terrible. We went to eat somewhere else.”

“The Town and Country motel was better than I expected for the price. The room was outdated, but clean (and who really needs modern?) The room came with TV, fridge, and microwave. Right next to Casey's, McDonald's down the bloc, and Cinco De Mayo across the street. Easy check-in and check-out. Will stay again for our fishing trip next year.”

“Front desk staff seemed like he was not happy to be there. He did not tell us about the continental breakfast, check out time, asked if I was a Hilton honors member, etc. Seemed annoyed to have to look up my member number by phone number. Alright neighborhood and room was decent - definitely need some work in the room and cosmetic upgrades.”

“Overall, great hotel: clean rooms and common areas, comfy beds, good water pressure and temperature, effective darkening blinds, plenty of room space, and adequate breakfast offerings. The location is near ISU campus and nice shops and restaurants at easy walking distance. Parking is inconvenient being in a ramp across the street. Not too far away, but be aware of this in poor weather. Positives out weigh any negatives, I would stay here again.”

“The bugs were horrible outside on the patio. Breakfast was from 7-9. Would have liked it to be from 7-10. Out jacuzzi tub didn't work. Hotel”

“We appreciated the kind staff however the room was not as we expected. The room was a bit stuffy and moldy-which I’m allergic to, so that was a bit difficult. Thank you”

“We were on the ground floor and the people on 2nd floor above our room were very noisy, loud thumping and banging on the floor after 11 pm that caused us to startle while trying to sleep. Sounded like they were moving furniture and dropping large items on the floor. I would not recommend any floor except the top. Overall it was clean except for the exhaust fan in the bathroom. It was filthy with dirty dust filing the vents slots and hanging from it. The wall behind the toilet beside the tub was...
