“Pretty nice place...done up in that old world chateau kind of way. Nice rooms,. Great staff. Nice poo & hot tub. Breakfast in the morning. Comfy beds. Lots of "stuff" around to do if you get bored hanging at the indoor pool. One of the nicer places to stay.”

“We checked in an the smell in the both of our rooms was overwhelming. We switched rooms 3 times and all were the same. Curtains broken, chips on floor, poop on one of the toilets, nose ring left on bathroom counter, hair all over one over the beds, the person in the room next to us invited us in to show us how filthy it was under his mattress. We asked for a refund and was told there was nothing they could do for us and had to deal with Expedia our booking agent. So we left. All this within the...

“The property seemed to be outdated from the outside, but we were pleasantly surprised once we got inside. The place looks like the pictures online. When making the reservation, I requested a lower level and handicap accessible bathroom. When we checked in, we were placed on the 4th floor with a regular bathroom.
