Hotel a Le Roy

“The property has no signage on the outside so was difficult to know if we were at the correct place booked. Booked a king size bed for 2 (husband and wife), was given an accessible room with two queens. Although there was a Keurig coffee maker in the room, there were no cups and no decaf pods. I went and asked for decaf and was told they didn’t have any. I had to push to get them to make me some decaf as I was cold. The bath towels were thin, the beds were sloppily made. There were soiled bowls with cleaned ones, more improperly cleaned. Rooms should have a microwave. The restaurant food wasn't too good, but priced fairly. “Everything thing was great here. The room and common areas were clean. The staff was very friendly. Our only complaint would be the breakfast options. There wasn’t much of a selection when we stayed. One of the staff members mentioned that they were out of a lot of things and waiting on a delivery. It was a little frustrating traveling with 2 kids but we managed to find another place to eat. Overall, great stay.”
