“Very run down, terrible breakfast that ran out in 30 mining. Staff was not helpful. I would not stay there again.”

“We came here late Thursday evening after severe storms in our area left us without electricity and water. We woke up early Friday to a room literally swarming with ants and packed up as quickly as possible, all while brushing ants off of ourselves. There was no management on site and no one willing or able to do ANYTHING other than take my name and number saying that management would contact me. They haven't. I have called multiple times only to get the run around and was even hung up on. AVOID...

“The pool was very cloudy and dirty. Foam beads floating in the pool, no place to put used towels, broken rafts laying around, kids unsupervised in the pool cussing and yelling. Woke up the next day and the pool look exactly the same as the day before. Dirty towels laying everywhere. Smelled like weed as soon as you walked into door 7,”

“Building seemed somewhat out of date. My pillows were very limp. Elevators certificate expired in Jan 2026. Pool was not open/closed down due to some issue in the pool. Toilet seemed to be somewhat loose at the base and jerked when you got up. Not impressed.”

“Staff were courteous and helpful but the property is aged and poorly maintained. Wallpaper is peeling, upholstery is stained or delaminating, tub grout has black mold. Hampton Inns have been my preference when traveling but the ratings were misleading re the condition if this location.”

“The Town and Country motel was better than I expected for the price. The room was outdated, but clean (and who really needs modern?) The room came with TV, fridge, and microwave. Right next to Casey's, McDonald's down the bloc, and Cinco De Mayo across the street. Easy check-in and check-out. Will stay again for our fishing trip next year.”

“questo soggiorno è stata una piccola fiaba di poche ore. La casa risale all'Ottocento (è una villa) ed è registrata infatti nel Registro Nazionale statunitense dei luoghi storici. Entrando si viene subito trascinati in un'atmosfera magica perché le varie stanze sono rimaste arredate come un tempo: camini, grandi mobili in legno, palchetti originali e tanti piccoli oggetti curiosi (sarebbe lungo descriverli, vi consiglio una visita sul sito ufficiale della Vrooman Mansion).
