“Very basic hotel but had the best night sleep. Clean, safe and within walking distance to the train station. Easy!”

“We were three families and stayed in three separate rooms for a night. We would not stay here again due to the following reasons. Too expensive for the quality we got. Positive: Good location (central and parks/river in walking distance) and quiet room; friendly staffs Negative: building and rooms were not well-maintained and old; food at breakfast was cold; lobby didn’t have AC on, fans didn’t work; ventilation in bathrooms didn’t work at all; balconies were dirty.”

“Nice hotel in front of the beach. But you cannot swim in the Sea in front of the hotel because it is forbidden. You have to walk 500 meter left. Not in the center of the town but away from mess and noises. Breakfast good for Asian, less for European.”

“ドンホイ自体もはじめてで、とりあえず泊まったホテルです。ドミトリーのような施設に併設されている形のホテルだったと思います。周囲の雰囲気とは違い、内装は綺麗につくられていました。夜中に羽音が聞こえたと思ったら大きくて茶色がかったゴキがどこからか侵入していました。ベトナムのゴキは大きくて元気に飛ぶんですねw”

“Hotel wasn’t open and had no notice of our booking. Looked like a family may have just bought it and was renovating it. They were fantastic!! Made us up a bungalow with a sea view and made us feel so welcome. Couldn’t fault them at all. Would definitely recommend this place when it’s up and running again. All the promenade and sea defenses have been destroyed by the typhoon but they are busy reconstructing them and we did manage to access the beach. ”

“The hotel suite was just amazing, the bed and bath was exceptional and so comfy, the staff were friendly and happy to help. Food and drink were also high quality. Ran out of some drinks tho. Inside spa the water could be cleaner, didn’t use it in the end. But the outside pool was lovely and much cleaner. ”
