“We were globally disappointed about that property due to different elements. Climatisation was installed in only 2 bedrooms, the rest of the house was hot (3 bedrooms, living room and kitchen …) and it was complicated to maintain the différent parts of the house cool. Part of the facilities were damaged: exterior sun loungers were ripped, one shower was partially broken, one base bed was not usable, the garden contain rusty tools dangerous for young children and was not maintained…. Bis zum Strand sind es 15 gemütliche Minuten mit dem Auto. Gleiche Zeit bis zur Autobahn daher ideal für Trips in Alpes-Maritim. Der Pool spricht für sich selbst.”

“For our group of 8 adults and 4 young children, the villa had everything we needed and the sea views are perfect. Like most of the other reviewers we didn’t find the trains a problem but they are very regular (4 or 5 an hour). We had a few other issues. When we arrived, the pool water was green and cloudy. The owners came to fix the problem but the process took 4 visits to clear and get the pH correct so we couldn’t use the pool for 2 days in total. We had clean the dust from two of the basement...

“We stayed at villa Bella for 4 weeks in April and loved our stay. The property is immaculately clean and exceeded our expectations. The location and view are great and you can walk into the town in around 30 minutes if you wanted to. Valérie is a great host and very responsive, nothing is too much trouble. We would very much like to stay here again!”

“Enjoyed our family stay at Bruno and Christine’s beautiful Bastide. Great pool with wonderfully terrace, lovely views of the picturesque village of Callas and all comforts available in the house. Very friendly hosts that reply quickly to any question asked. Lovely situated near the village with bakery, restaurants and close enough to St Maxime and St Tropez to make for mondaine daytrips. The olive trees in the garden are beautiful and dining outside gives you a wonderful south-of-France feeling...

“From the time we landed in France, we enjoyed every single minute! Le Perchoir, was everything I dreamed it would be and even more! The community where the cozy village house is located is friendly and very accommodating! The finest restaurants are located at the top of the street with stunning views of the countryside. "Le camere erano molto piccole, armadietto anch'esso piccolo da non riuscire a disfare le valigie. La camera assegnata aveva la porta del bagno rotta. Dopo la segnalazione ci è stata prontamente cambiata la stanza. Nota positiva il parcheggio riservato dell'hotel. Buona la colazione "
