Located just minutes from Deadwood and Terry Peak Ski Area, you’ll be close to skiing, hiking, snowmobiling, ATV trails, casinos, and all the beauty the Black Hills have to offer.

Inside, you’ll find a warm and inviting space designed for relaxing after a day of exploring. The living room features a cozy electric fireplace, a power reclining sofa, fast free WiFi, and a large smart TV perfect for movie nights. Step out onto the private deck overlooking the city of Lead and enjoy peaceful mountain views with your morning coffee or evening drink.

The condo comfortably sleeps guests and is perfect for couples. Enjoy two spacious king bedrooms, each offering walk-in closets and smart TVs. The primary suite includes a private ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower, while the second king bedroom connects directly to another full bathroom that also serves as the main bath.

The fully stocked kitchen has everything you need for cooking meals at home, along with a thoughtfully designed coffee bar featuring both a traditional coffee maker and K-cups. Every detail has been updated, making the condo feel fresh, modern, and comfortable throughout.

Please note that there is only one reserved, uncovered parking spot for each unit in the building. There is no trailer parking on the property. Please message me for more parking options. Prior to your stay, you'll receive a four-digit code to unlock the electronic door lock for convenient, keyless entry.

Our condo is located on the second floor, with access via stairs or a walking ramp for easy accessibility.

There is a coin-operated laundry on each floor of the condo. It is $1.50 each to wash and dry. A grocery store and gas station are within walking distance.

There is also a community grill and outdoor patio area for you to enjoy located off the second floor by the walking ramp.

Please note that smoking is NOT allowed in the condominium or on the private attached deck.
