Welcome to your perfect Black Hills getaway—this brand new 3-level, 3300 sq. ft. retreat in the desirable Powder House Pass subdivision just outside of Lead, SD offers every amenity you could want for your next family vacation, group trip, or outdoor adventure basecamp.

From the moment you arrive, you'll be greeted by ample parking space, including room for trucks and trailers, plus a heated 3-stall garage complete with a TV—ideal for relaxing after a day on the trails or slopes.

Step inside to discover a thoughtfully designed floor-plan with three separate family rooms, one on each level, providing everyone space to spread out and unwind. The main living area features an open layout with plenty of natural light, perfect for gathering and entertaining.
