This expansive 4,815 sq. ft. mountain lodge is located in the highly sought-after Powder House Pass community just outside of Lead, SD. With 6 spacious bedrooms, including two king suites with private ensuite bathrooms and one queen suite with attached bath, this home comfortably accommodates large groups and families while offering premium comfort and privacy.

Spread out across three beautifully finished levels, you’ll find three cozy living areas, two gas fireplaces, and an electric fireplace, creating the perfect mountain ambiance no matter the season. Whether you’re relaxing after a day on the trails or gathered for a movie night, smart TVs throughout the home (with private TVs in 3 of the bedrooms) ensure everyone is entertained. You’ll even find a Bluetooth Turtlebox speaker to keep your music going from inside to the outdoor patio.

The master bedroom is a standout feature, offering a truly unique steam shower experience—ideal for unwinding after a day of exploring the Black Hills. The home also includes central air with multi-level zone control to keep everyone comfortable year-round, and two full laundry rooms for added convenience on longer stays.

Beautiful home. Comfortably fit 10 of us, 6 adults and 4 children. The only thing missing is a dining room/kitchen table. However, there was a folding table and chairs in the garage that we set up on the deck by the kitchen and it was fantastic. Very spacious and beautiful. Parking was a little tight for 3 trailers, 3 trucks and multiple SxS but we managed to make it work.
