After a day of skiing at Terry Peak or riding the nearby trails, your group can spread out. Gather around the 6-foot gas fire table on the deck, soak in the private hot tub, or head to the community center for a swim in the year-round heated pool. This is how the Black Hills are meant to be experienced.

The Great Room

You enter into the heart of the home. This stunning great room was designed to bring everyone together with it`s one of a kind beauty. Soaring vaulted ceilings with massive timber beams along with the wood and stone fireplace, plush leather sofas and armchairs, perfect for relaxing after a day of adventure.

Gourmet Kitchen & Dining

This kitchen was built for entertaining large groups. It is stocked with everything your group`s chef needs and things just for pure enjoyment. The feel of the both cosmetically but tactile joy of the leathered stone countertops. Fully stocked with cookware, dishes, and real wine glasses (both red and white). Ample storage and counter space for preparing group meals.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms: The 5-Suite Solution

Five Independent King Suites: (2 on the main level and 3 in the lower walkout level.) We’ve eliminated the `who gets the good room?` problem.
Each bedroom features a solid-wood King bed, a private gas fireplace, a smart TV, and a full ensuite bathroom. Every couple or family gets their own space to unwind. Your group deserves the best.

The `Bunk Room`: One of the king suites also includes a built-in set of 4 twin-sized bunk beds, making it the perfect `family suite.`

Half Bath: A convenient half-bath is located on the main level.

Outdoor Living

Your private oasis awaits, with spaces designed for year-round enjoyment. Enjoy your private 6-Person Hot Tub year round with great lighting and ambiance from the massive 6` Gas Fire Table. This may be the nicest firetable in Powder House. If you want to be upstairs enjoy the propane firepit on the deck of the main house. There is also a nice grill on the kitchen deck.

Guests will have access to the entire house. One of the garage bays is only for owner use. You will have the two main garage doors for your own use.

We’re available to help from 7 AM to 10 PM every day via call, text, message, or in person. After hours, we switch to emergency-only mode, phone calls only, please if you are needing an immediate response. And fair warning: I’m a heavy sleeper, so you might need to call twice to wake me up! 😴📞

House Rules

As a Super host, we aim to make your stay as comfortable as it can possibly be! Our mission is to help our guests create beautiful memories in our cozy home while leaving it nice and clean for the next guests.

IMPORTANT: No smoking permitted. Should this rule be violated, we will need the unit cleaned by a professional smoke restoration company, and the guest will be liable for the $2,500 charge.

NO PETS ALLOWED

General Damages
Please let us know immediately if something is malfunctioning so it can be rectified. All damages or missing items occurring during your stay will need to be paid for by you before departure. Cleaners check for damage and any missing items after each stay. Any damages or missing items can and will be billed to the guest.

Fire Prevention and Safety
Please do not leave any electrical appliances switched on when they are not in use, or when you are leaving for the day. This includes space heaters, air conditioners, fans, hair curlers/straighteners, and portable device chargers.

Other
The space you are booking is for 14 people. More than fourteen people are allowed in the home ONLY IF okayed in writing before check-in. No one is allowed in the home not already specified before starting the stay.

We may leave consumables for you to enjoy. We try our very best to ensure that it is not expired or stale. However, ultimately, it is up to the guests` discretion and inspection to consume these items if they wish. The host does not take any responsibility for the consumables.

If guests are found to have had a party without host permission, which results in extra cleaning, guests will be responsible for extra cleaning charges, and in the unfortunate event of disruptions, alerting neighbors, GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.

If guests are suspected of carrying and/or using illegal drugs of any kind, the authorities will be engaged, and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.

Lastly, because this is an Airbnb community, not a hotel, please be respectful of the property and keep it clean before you leave.
