“Everything was fine but my employee found a bed bug in his room when showering. The staff spoke with manager and would not offer us a refund. I moved 2 employees out and they will be staying somewhere else for the remainder duration of this job in Buena Vista. ”

“The slopes were extremely accessible and the ski valet staff were great. We came during spring break so I’m sure we paid a premium price, but we expected more out of the room and amenities for the extreme amount we paid. The room was run down and the sofa/bed was really old. I’ve stayed in much better for far less. The amenities/perks had all kinds of issues. Bowling alley was down, the spa was unavailable and the restaurant wasn’t as described. It was a challenge to get a decent breakfast and...

“Clean rooms, bed had a curve in it...needs new mattress, water pressure was weak, nice TV, nice heating/cooling, fridge and kuerig was nice...didnt think staff was that attentive .. very chatty whilr i stould waitng to checkout”

“They had one hot tub that was operational, so we didnt use that amenity since there were other people in there. The room was very small but good enough for us as we were only staying for one night on the road to LA. Front desk staff were very personable and gave us a great tip on where to eat that evening. ”
