“This house was well-maintained, clean, and very spacious. Matt was communicative throughout the entire process and very responsive. The house is located close to Vail Village and the neighborhood is very nice. The kitchen is stocked nicely and the rooms are all clean and comfortable. Highly recommend this house!”

“The location is wonderful - right next to the park! The park has a dog friendly pond for the pups, a great playground, and a large field. And you can use the Racquet Club facilities next door as well. The house was very clean and had everything you could think of or need! “This is typical of the Pitkin condos. They aren’t the newest or most stylish but they are sufficient for crashing after a hard day of skiing. Check in was fine. Condo was clean. Bathrooms were decent sized for this layout. Fireplace worked well and enjoyed a nice fire each evening. Would stay here again. ”

“We spent 3 nights here skiing and enjoying Vail. It was a short drive to town and the ski area. Very cozy home, perfect for a couple. The unit had everything you could possibly want for a comfortable stay. Very good communication by the owner, who was kind enough to let us in a little bit early. The bus stop is a 3 minute walk away if you want to use it to get to town - we ended up driving and parking in the Vail central parking garage to ski and dine. There’s no UberEats or door dash this far...
