“Todo muy limpio ”

“I was very unhappy from when I arrived, the elevators were broken and we had to use the stairs to get to our hotel room. There was no one to check us into our room we had to use a system, then we were really trying to order food to our room and it was not easy at all through the app, and it took 2 hours to get our food and was 60 bucks just for one of the meals. When we went to check out it says the charges of resort fee and sales tax for 2 days and then added up to 112! I was very disappointed...

“Nice friendly staff very helpful on our check-in. Room was clean bedding was a bit soft for my liking but OK monster shower, which looks very nice but not very functional limited water pressure. Second floor room still was a bit noisy both to the outdoors in particular and the blinds so loud quite a bit of line into the room.Breakfast was good. Service was great.”

“Yes, noisey air conditioner, mid city grill food below Average. Lousy internet reception and not much to watch on tv. Hallway to the rooms smelled like Liquor.”
