“Perfect communication from the host allowed a quick and easy check-in. The unit was in great condition and in a perfect location. We had a large vehicle that we needed to park across the street in a public lot and the logistics of that were handled effortlessly. The beds were comfy and the kitchen/ living area was very updated and comfortable. One cannot find a better host. My many questions were answered quickly and thoroughly. ”

“Unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing. The property was not ready upon our arrival, and communication from the host was poor throughout the process. With no clear resolution or timely updates, we had to make the difficult decision to travel to another city to find accommodations for the night. I would not recommend this property based on our experience. Location and parking lacked detailed information.”

“Room smelled very strongly of mold! There was no AC and the room was scorching hot and the only window was inches away from the asphalt driveway. We spent as little time in the room as necessary. Everything was quite dated and basic inside. I’ve stayed at motel 6s that were nicer.”

“Mountainside Inn is in a beautiful location, and it had a lot more amenities than we were looking for. My only minor complaint is as there was no way to cool the room other than an oscillating fan, when access to the outside air would have been preferable. Despite that, I would recommend it as a good stay.”
