“Clean room. They take care of the place.”

“Awesome stay, the man at the front desk was friendly & helpful, the room was well appointed. We used the hot tub. My only suggestion would be that an extra hour of pool & spa access (until 10:00 pm) would be awesome.”

“The fire alarm went off three times in the middle of the night, the alarm was faulty. No restaurant, but we paid top prices for sub par food on paper plates 😬. Waterside was out of order. Not a pleasant stay!”

“Room was on the driveway with no privacy. Difficult to sleep with all of the constant traffic. Also, we were unaware that weddings and events would be taking place during our stay, which went on with loud music until 10:00 pm. The room was very dusty and needed to be cleaned more throughly. For the price, I thought the room would be to higher standards.”

The hotel is conveniently located, and the property itself is attractive and interesting. However, the parking fee was almost $40 per night, which felt excessive. “What a gem! This place was immaculate clean. Wished I could have used the hot tub. Simple room, super clean, great location. Limited parking is the only drawback. Danny was so great and helpful with information, parking, restaurants and loaning an umbrella since it was pouring ”

“Very nice older property right near Gondola. No ac in rooms and windows shut so quite warm when we checked in. The hot tubs and pool were very nice. We had some plumbing issues. Probably a bit overpriced compared to some other properties nearby. We were attending the bluegrass festival and that was fantastic!”
