“My stay at this hotel was very disappointing. The room was not properly maintained and appeared neglected. There were spider webs in the room, weeds surrounding the building, and the room itself was located outside the main hotel premises, which felt inconvenient and unsafe. The cleanliness was unacceptable. The bed sheets were dirty, and the pillows did not even have pillow covers. In addition, the toilet seat was broken, making the bathroom uncomfortable to use. E poi c'e la vasca idromassaggio termale con cromoterapia all'aperto sotto le stelle dopo una giornata di gite tra le montagne. Un luogo di charme rovo tornerei senz'altro”

“Perfect location to downtown Ouray while still feeling a little removed. The access to the Riverwalk allowed us to leave our car in the parking lot the entire trip. Staff were responsive and helpful, while giving us our space as well. Would stay here again.”
