“The hotel and concept are AMAZING. Staff was pretty helpful and accommodating and super friendly. Unfortunately the hot tub wasn’t working at all and I was never told that even though I called before booking too verify all amenities. One of the reasons we chose this hotel was for the hot tub. We requested an early check in and it was approved but we actually didn’t get to check in until almost 2 hours after regular check in which isn’t until 4pm and early was 2 or 3. “Clean, warm rooms. Recently updated, quite cute aesthetic. Close to everything. Very accommodating management. We ran into an issue with the speakeasy on site- we walked in and were told immediately by a bartender that it would be 45 minutes before getting a drink. ”

“This place is close to most attractions, including the hot springs, Box Canyon Falls, and town. Some appliances need to be fixed or updated. The TVs are old—only one channel is available, and the remote does not work. The tub takes a long time to drain, possibly because the pipes are old. When we did laundry, only one washer was available; the other was broken. The ice maker is not working as well. Breakfast is okay, but the waffles are sour.
