Very disappointing stay. The hotel description does not mention that rooms are not cleaned daily. After long ski days, we repeatedly returned late at night to find no clean towels, no toilet paper, and no tissues.
One of the two elevators broke on the second day and it was not going to be repaired for a week, according to staff. On the fourth day, the second elevator also broke, forcing us to carry ski equipment up four floors. Although one elevator was later fixed, it broke again on our departure day, and we had to carry five pieces of luggage downstairs with no assistance.
We were also incorrectly charged for two nights of parking ($45 per night) after briefly allowing friends (not staying at the hotel) to park for a few hours.
Rooms are acceptable in size but dirty, and customer service is poor. Not recommended if you expect daily housekeeping, room service, or reliable service overall.
