front staff was very helpful with valet and info needed
the room was nice and comfy however the rug under bed seemed old and needed replacement
also, the artificial air freshner scent throughout the hallways was way way too strong....very potent and not comfy inhaling it at all.

“The location is fantastic, but… we were given incorrect information by Expedia that directed to wrong location for check in. Once sorted, after an hour, only one room key worked and the parking pass was missing. They knew the pass was missing but said nothing. The management company did help once contacted. The front desk is very reluctant to help since this unit is privately owned and managed by a separate company. We felt embarrassed. They told use we are not allowed to use pool towels. No...
