Total seclusion and the crystal-clear Frio River make this a magical place and one of our most popular locations. Century old oaks provide a shady area to barbecue, enjoy a campfire or just relax on the spacious front porch. Take a walk on the wildlife trails where abundant wildlife can be seen or stroll down to the river and watch the fireflies come out at night. Hundreds of deer, turkey and many other species of wildlife can be seen throughout the day from the front porch.
This property is the PERFECT spot for an unobstructed private view of the ECLIPSE!
*Pricing is for 4 guests. Additional guests are $15 each, per night. Sleeps up to 10 guests)

WHAT TO BRING:
Pillows, blankets, sheets, towels, toilet paper, paper towels, toiletries, lawn chairs and ice. Linens can be supplied for an additional cost, excluding the peak season time period. We are unable to offer linens during peak season due to labor shortages in our rural area. Contact our office at 830-232-5996 for more information regarding linens.

Wonderful and secluded!
Beautiful property with a very short walk down to the beautiful river! Make sure to read the property details because you have to bring a lot of stuff, but it’s worth it! The wildlife is amazing and the stars at night are so, so, so beautiful!!

Nice Family and Friends River Trip
Nice little efficiency cabin. Very close to a couple of the tube rental places. I believe they do tube rentals here as well but we didn't use their service. There was a small BBQ pit there, good for hamburgers and hot dogs. Nice family trip. Good wifi in the house and on the porch. But we like that there wasn't good service everywhere else. We like tp disconnect some.
