Includes dishes, cookware, linens, soap/shampoo to accommodate 18 guests (lodging), not supplied for Tent campers above 18 guests count property can accommodate up to 30 guests.

Note this only sleeps 18 in the home; the additional guests up to 30 will be in your Tents. Make sure to add the Tent guests in the number of guests staying.
