“This place is dirty- I do not recommend staying here. The floors were dirty as if no one swept or mopped. The shower curtain had a stain on it. There was a random dirty towel in the closet. There were dirty shoe prints in the shower. And the bedding and bed was low quality. There was no fitted sheet on the bed- just a thin flat sheet. I was not going to be comfortable sleeping in such a dirty place so I ended up finding a new place to stay. It’s like they didn’t even try.”

“I truly enjoyed the closeness of the beach and the views out of my window! The proximity of the pier, the amazing sunrises and sunsets! April in Newport Beach was perfect! I kept the windows open and enjoyed all of the sounds! I found the place easily and the parking! I’m so glad I ignored some of the other reviews but I can imagine that if you are there during high tourist season, it’s a much different story! Also, the jacuzzi tub was fabulous!
