The hot tub was not working, the propane for the bbq was empty, there were numerous dishes that were dirty, the trash and recycling cans were completely full, there were mice, the place was not very clean. I would not recommend. The host said they would refund us 100 and got only 75 back. Went do my finances birthday and it was kind of a disappointment. The stay was still fun but there were a lot of flaws in the place to say the least. I’ve used Vrbo several times and this is the only place I have not been satisfied with. All other Vrbo stays were as advertised and amazing

Lovely house in the woods, great location close to Lake Wenatchee and Leavenworth. We loved the game room and especially the fabulous collection of 90s era CDs! Absolutely planning to book again.

Surrounded by nature

Fit the description. Clean and comfy. We were 5 adults, plenty of room for all. Hot tub is placed perfectly for privacy, nothing but nature on that side of the house, and on the other side, can barely tell that there are neighbors at all.

Spring break ski chalet fun

Cabin that is set up for fun - darts, ping pong, games, 2 TVS with lots of DVDs, and hot tub!Kitchen was well stocked including organic coffee! (It didn’t have enough spoons but I’m sure they will take care of that.) It’s a little dated, but we enjoyed it. It also needs a new ping pong net and some new paddles., but we had fun anyway.

Winter getaway

Our family stayed in this house for almost a week in hopes of enjoying some snow. It did not disappoint! The house is at the top of a perfect sledding hill and my kids (and the adults) enjoyed a day of sledding and watching all the snow come down. The biggest down side was that the TV didn't stream well to watch the football game and the main room is pretty dark, but having extra space downstairs for the kids was a plus. We had a great time playing board games and spending time in the snow.

Winter getaway

The location was nice and private, with some snow to play in and plenty of room in the house for everyone, and a few couches to be able to all sit around and play games and watch TV in the evenings.

Needs improvement

We asked of the pingpong table, foosball and darts had been repaired prior to renting....we were told they had. All of the pingpong paddles were damaged or broken, there were no balls. Every single dart was broken and the foosball table had 2 missing players. Th hot tub was was warm not hot. The shower and sink backed up. The carpets and furniture were filthy. There were no mattress pads on any of the beds. We had a cupboard door fall off an upper cabinet, the oven handle broke off as well. Very disappointing to host a family vaca here.

Accommodations fell short of expectations

The property had a very nice location. Because of the lack of adequate A/C and air circulation throughout the 3 floors, we left a day earlier than planned. The heat was oppressive, no one could sleep. The washer would not spin - we had to travel with sopping wet items. The lowest level was full of spiders. The TV would not work. The freezer kept thawing. When your on vacation you don’t want to deal with systems that are not working. We did enjoy the area, lots to do and see. The kitchen was beautiful and the deck was a perfect hangout. Very private and quite. Beds and towels etc very clean. I would stay again if the air circulation issue was resolved.

Worked but hot

The house worked for us and we enjoyed our stay but the air conditioner broke and it was very uncomfortable to sleep on the top floor. We reset the breaker as instructed by the property manager. We then communicated that the reset didnt work and they said they would tell their local managers but it was never fixed.

Not what we imagined

We were very excited to take our first trip to Leavenworth since we moved to Washington this year and visit a cabin-like home in the mountains for the 4th of July weekend. We ended up leaving the next day due to not feeling comfortable and the home not being nearly as clean as we expected of a rental we paid a cleaning service fee for. We attempted to express our concerns and were met with justifications as to why the issues were there. Receiving a message like this was very disappointing as there was little attempt for any compromise or accountability. We will book elsewhere in the future.

Could've been worse

Read the other reviews. First of all, the property address is technically Leavenworth but it is 20 miles west from Leavenworth proper. The house is as described in the listing-but could stand a good deep cleaning. There are cobwebs in the corners and dust. There was a later than usual snow-but Vacasa (owners) didn't bother to clean off the back deck where the bbq and hot tub are. There was a bag of sand outside the main entrance that had broke open so sand got tracked in the house each time we used that door. The bunk beds and another bedroom are on the 3rd (top) level, a consideration if you have smaller children. Not worth the money in my opinion.

Winter Time

Great Location to take kids and the ability to sled at the state park is super close. It’s about 20-25 minute run to Leavenworth. Stevens Pass isn’t far either.
