I think some updates to the property need to be made. There seems to be a lot of water damaged areas. The walk ways (in some areas) did not feel very sturdy.

Great location and a very nice staff. Good place to stay if you want to be close to downtown and within walking distance to several places to eat and drink.

pluses. Exceptionally clean Friendly staff Good value for $125 a night Negatives. Lacking in all forms of hospitality. The first email I received warned me not to bring a per or else it was a $250 fee. The rooms have warnings about denting the trim ($300 fee), and no smoking ($250 fee). I booked a room for 5 and when I asked for a roll up bed, it was a $20 fee. Not blaming the staff, they were fine, bit the policies were very unwelcoming.

Property as a whole was aged, floor was very squeaky in my unit and the bathroom and kitchenette was out dated and worn. You can only hide so many things with caulking and paint of a similar color. Also, the bag breakfast to go was stapled, so I didn’t know until I got to where I was going that I needed to microwave my frozen sandwich.

Order by 9 pm the night before defrosted jimmy dean breakfast sandwich in a paper bag to be microwaved in your own room. Roll out beds are straight springs from 80’s, had to ask for 5 blankets for padding to make it useable. Front office staff is bothered by your presence and is not helpful at all. Booked this hotel by mistake but figured we would give it a chance, while there is an outdoor pool in the winter it is tented with a tarp bubble, at least it was kind of heated. Was a 10 minute walk from town but a 4 minute walk to the new Leavenworth Adventure Coaster, quiet area and pet friendly were the only perks. Will not be booking this hotel again

The pool is heated, but by no means was the water warm... It was about 38*f when we were there and the water and air temp in the pool area was unbearable... Breakfast is a bag, not a buffet.

The place was good , clean and all the electronics worked. The staff were helpful and clear about instructions. Helped me find places to sled too .

Just okay - overpriced
We stayed on the 3rd floor. It’s an older hotel, which is why most of everything was average. Heard all the water running from showers all around us morning and night - just loud. The room had a musky/mildew odor which seemed like it was being covered up by a carpet powder or spray. The bathrooms really had a stench of old mildew/musk. It wasn’t pleasant. The showers dripped and had poor water pressure, and the water temp moved from cold to boiling hot which felt like anytime a unit around us flushed or ran their water. Woke with headaches each morning from the smell. The breakfast was subpar - could have been better if what was given/delivered was accurate. Items were missing, and believe it or not, both cereals we were somewhat opened and before we could keep the kids from not eating them, they added the milk and both had a BLACK HAIR in them. We have light blonde/light brown hair, so know it didn’t come from us. It was pretty disgusting. The staff was very friendly, and willing to help with anything. Not a bad place if you’re looking for a place to put your head, but I definitely feel it’s well overpriced for the accommodations and what you get.

Property has outside entrances with outside walk ways. All the walk ways are very uneven and feel unsafe to walk on. That doesn’t stop the many kids that run up and down the outside walk ways. They floors creak and croak on all the floors so I know every step the upstairs guest make. Quiet time is at 11 pm but office closes at 10 so no one to call to talk too.

The property was really convenient for walking around. It was clean, but they didnt have options for someone to come straighten up or empty trash. The room was a mess. Breakfast was a joke. You had to pre-order cereal or a Jimmy dean croissant sandwich. The bed was really comfortable. For the price it was a good place and there was quite a bit of parking.

Microwave didn’t work well. Tv didn’t work well. Staff at front desk night shift was rude and not helpful at all. It was a women. Breakfast was a served in a sack of either cereal yogurt or a frozen egg sandwich. You advertised a hot breakfast in the Lobby and for $300 a night you could have done a lot better or offered nothing at all. Covid is over. The floors by the bed had dirt on them they had not be sweep. The beds were comfortable though

Overall our stay was acceptable and the room was clean. It was a little over priced but I suppose that is what you get in a small destination town. The bed was comfortable with clean linens, the towels were like sand paper, and the breakfast is a brown bag breakfast. The interactions I had with the staff were straightforward and acceptable.

Horrible experience, I am at the lobby, they told me , I don’t have reservations, I have to call Travelocity and on hold for for 1 hour, they said you have reservations, but i can’t check in, so I reserved new room at the lobby.

The front desk was horrible. Very unfriendly and rude. Went down to get our breakfast that is ordered the day before and was met with a very rude front desk. Also the bed was horrible. Would not recommend staying here

The front office employees were all rude and treated everyone like they were a bother. This is our second time staying at this location and they appear to have all new employees this year. We do not plan on staying here again. The rooms are beat up but clean. The staff in the front office need classes on customer service and hospitality. You are losing business because of it.

It's a place to sleep.
Overall i would say that i would stay again, but here are my over all thoughts.... First person we encountered, checking us in, was clearly done with people at 5pm. Really felt like she had better things to do then deal with us. The room was dated, but decent. Heating/air noisy. Garbage behind the nightstand. We booked 2 rooms that were both king beds, but ended up extremely different in layout and amenities....just be aware. Breakfast isn't really a Breakfast... Jimmie Dean freezer sandwich and a yogurt. Why would I stay again.... Bed was comfortable. Pool was heated. 2 blocks from Festivities.

Screaming kids in room next to ours well after quiet time. Walkways feel rotted and are uneven. Not much variety for breakfast. Lack of handicapped parking and veteran parking. One nice point was the veteran discount.

The kitchenette was a nice surprise. The room was clean and comfortable, walking distance to downtown. It looks old from the outside, but the rooms are updated and nice. We will be back.

The room was spacious and clean. The beds were comfortable. Easy walk to the center of town. Decor is dated and the guest book in the room needs to be updated. It states that there is a breakfast buffet and if you want clean towels leave your used ones on the floor when neither service is available. It’s pretty well self service, otherwise, the motel was good enough for a couple of nights stay.

The place was just walk away from the main tourist attraction. Nice view of the mountain. The down side was they don't serve good breakfast, only to go kind and we have to request before they will provide. Not to much choices.
