We had a lovely time here. The proximity to the pool was wonderful. There is a pickleball court near the main area and a tennis court near this place. We were able to bike around town which was fantastic. Highly recommend!

This place was wonderful! Easily accessible, extremely clean and has everything you need, with an incredible view. We can’t wait to stay again and Drew was an exceptional host; there for any and all of our needs . Thank you again for accommodating us and our Mom’s on our early Mother’s Day trip!

We absolutely loved staying at Coco's Casita. The condo was spacious, clean, comfortable, quiet, and included everything we needed and more. We enjoyed the patio dining with an amazing view, amenities, access to the river trail, and easy walk to town. The owner was exceptional with communication and provided little extras to make our stay very comfortable. Will definitely look to stay here again if we visit Leavenworth again.

We travel to Leavenworth once per year and this condo was our favorite place to stay yet! It’s close enough to town to walk while also being just far enough removed be surrounded by stunning views. The pool and hot tub are located very close to this property making it very easy to access. The home was incredibly clean and comfortable and the hosts were wonderful to work with!

Perfect. Clean. Well appointed. Positioned in best ground level location. Owner super responsive. Totally thoughtful with regard to all of the little things most vacation rentals skip out on.. It's almost as if you live here.

Good location in the complex. Close to pool, pond, nice view, walk to park with climbing toys. Condo was clean and well equipped. Owners were prompt in responding. You can walk down to the river. Ground floor was good for kids.

Communication with the host was a 10 and check in was very easy. Our family spent 3 wonderful nights at Coco’s Castia, the condo is very clean, well appointed with a beautiful view of the mountains. Comfortable beds and it was a big plus that there was a pack and play for our granddaughter. The pool was just steps away and we enjoyed walking down to the river. Town is close by with many restaurants and shops to explore.What we loved the most was the outdoor patio complete with BBQ and dining table. We could eat outside enjoying the long summer nights that the Pacific Northwest is famous for. We will definitely be back!

This is now our new favorite place to stay in Leavenworth. We love the location, all the amenities & being on the first floor. The condo was super clean & ready for an early check in, which was much appreciated. Drew, the owner, was exceptional! He was great to work with & easy to get a hold of. Loved getting 3 nights for the price of two. We can't wait to come back & bring the grandkids.

So happy I chose Coco’s Casita for our family vacation. The unit was clean, comfortable, spacious, in a great location with great amenities and the perfect space for our family of 4. The hosts were absolutely wonderful. The condo had everything we needed and was exactly as advertised. We’d definitely stay here again when in Leavenworth. We loved being walking distance to everything we wanted to explore. The trail into town along the river was beautiful. We had perfect weather and enjoyed being right next to a pool, hot tub, pickleball and basketball court, as well as a short distance to Enchantment Park, the super fun Mountain Coaster, the river and golf course. We enjoyed having morning coffee and meals out on the patio in such a beautiful and peaceful setting. The A/C works great and kept the condo comfortably cool. We loved everything about our stay and hope to return someday. It was a perfect family getaway! Thank you!
