Welcome to River Park Chateau...a well-appointed condo located in downtown Leavenworth. This classy home is sure to comfortably accommodate your group of up to 6 people for a fun-filled trip to our beautiful Bavarian town.

Here you will find a fully equipped kitchen supplied with all the standard appliances needed to prepare a delicious home-cooked meal. With the dining and living areas in the same open space as the kitchen, keeping the chef company while they show off their culinary skills is a cinch! If you feel like heading out the door for a bite to eat, you`ll find yourself a few paces away from a large variety of shops, restaurants, and tasting rooms to explore.

When you`ve walked, shopped, or adventured out into nature and it`s time to relax, there`s no better place to take in some fresh air than from the balcony overlooking the town and the mountains beyond, which are especially lovely in winter. You are sure to get a restful night`s sleep when you make your way to one of the three beds that are freshly wrapped in high-quality linens. The first is a king master suite with a jetted tub and a lovely mountain view that welcomes you to the start of your day. Across the hall is another guest room with a queen-sized bed. Follow the stairs up and there you will find a cozy loft area with seating a TV and a hidden surprise...a Murphy Bed! With a second full guest bathroom and laundry closet, this condo has all you could want from the comforts of home while being away in our gorgeous area.

Whether you are here to ski, zipline, shop, or simply relax, this wonderful home is a great place to stay during your Leavenworth adventure.

There is only one parking spot included with this condo. The parking stall is 7'2" high and 21' long. If you have a tall/large vehicle and/or a roof rack, beware. You may choose to find street parking if needed.

If you are planning to visit during the winter or summer months, we highly recommend purchasing travel insurance. The weather can be unpredictable during these seasons and we hold firm to our cancelation policy.

The elevator in this building is old and occasionally requires maintenance. Please do not rely on it to access the unit.

Great location - easy walk to main street and restaurants. Great Bagel shop downstairs. The Balcony located on the fourth floor has a fantastic view and great place to people watch. Plan on coming back next year.

Amazing Stay!

I cannot say enough good things about the Love Leavenworth property managers! These guys went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. They answered any and all questions promptly, followed up and were so nice and easy to work with. I would feel very confident renting any property this group manages. The condo was beautiful and location could not be beat. Steps away from the downtown area. It was so easy to run back quickly to drop off purchases or for our grandson to nap. The Murphy bed in the loft helped our teenage daughter felt like she had her own “space.”Kitchen was sparkling clean and had everything we needed including complimentary coffee and hot cocoa. They had both a Kuerig and drip coffee maker too. The tub in the master bedroom is basically a small hot tub. Beds and pillows were comfortable and we loved seeing all the people from the windows and balcony. Be aware that there is only ONE parking spot that comes with the condo (once you see how tight parking is you’ll understand). The city of Leavenworth offers overnight parking in a public paid lot but be aware that three nights will run you just over 200. This is by no means the fault of Love Leavenworth, but a good thing to be aware of when choosing this specific rental. I had called the city in the fall to ask about additional overnight parking and was told it was 20/day. This was not the case once we were there. Just want other travelers to know. All in all, amazing stay and would rent again.

Home away from home

My husband and I stayed with our four-year-old here. We use the loft as a Lego area in playroom. Loved all the extra room to stretch out! The view was so great, loved looking at the mountains. Close to Main Street. Four-year-old loved the Jacuzzi tub and now we can only look at places with Jacuzzi tub :) all the different codes are pretty confusing right at the beginning, but you get a hang of it quickly.

Second time around and still did not disappoint!

This was our second stay in this property. The location is excellent and everything is walkable. Property was clean overall but a bit dusty. I would suggest in investing in some pillows for the beds as well as new linens and shower curtain liner. These are little things but go a long way in making the stay more comfortable.

Lovely condo, perfect location, but it needs work

The condo is exactly as pictured, but the HVAC is in dire need of an update. Took forever to warm up, and even when a maintenance person came by, the HVAC was a poor performer. Elevator broke the day we checked out as well.
