“Das Appartement war sehr groß mit viel Stauraum. Die bodentiefen Fenster mit Blick über den großen Balkon zum Wald sehr schön. Der Schlafraum klein, aber angemessen. Wir konnten bei offenem Fenster schlafen, ohne dass das Zimmer nebenan auskühlte. Was uns störte, war der muffige Geruch, wenn wir ins Zimmer kamen. offenbar muss der Teppich dringend shampooniert werden. Wir haben immer erst einmal gelüftet. Die Sauna selbst ist schön, zum Ruheraum hin aber nicht isoliert, so dass der viel zu warm...

“Beautiful place with plenty of potential and lots of areas for improvement. Staff needs to learn what hospitality means. Less about many words and more about taking care of customer while staying cool and relaxed. Relaxed in co tacy does not mean relaxed when it comes to customer comfort . If customer asks if sauna ( outside ) is ready - better to check it twice rather then have naked customer entering cold sauna. Don’t ask customer to make a reservation in the restaurant if it is practically...
