The space
KITCHEN – Modern kitchen with upgraded cabinets, countertops, and everything needed to prepare and enjoy meals at the cottage. Full-size refrigerator and freezer, free-standing icemaker, dishwasher, microwave, gas oven/stove. Keurig/drip coffee maker, air fryer, toaster, large and small plates, glasses, mugs, wine glasses, bowls, silverware, cooking utensils, measuring cups and spoons, mixing bowls, assorted storage containers, bottle opener, corkscrew, ice cream scoop, can opener, baking sheets, pots and pans, colander, tea kettle.

DINING ROOM – Room for six around the dining room table, and additional seating for four at table on enclosed porch.

BEDROOMS: Pillows, blankets, bed sheets, and bath towels are provided. Sleeps six. Window air conditioning units in all three bedrooms.
Bedroom 1: 1 Queen-size bed, dresser, and bedside tables
Bedroom 2: 1 Queen-size bed, dresser, bedside tables, closets with hangers for clothing storage, and bay window seat
Bedroom 3: 2 twin-size beds, and bay window seat

LIVING ROOM – Mounted TV with streaming services and DVD player – assorted movies too. Built-in bookshelves with adult and children’s books, board games and puzzles. Large, comfortable couch and direct access to porch through double set of doors.

PORCH – Peaceful, fully enclosed porch provides an additional room to relax with wall-to-wall windows and wood-paneled walls. Dining Table for four and gas woodstove, too!

BATHROOMS – 1.5
Bathroom 1: 2nd floor full bathroom with HUGE, luxury shower and heated floors!
Bathroom 2: 2nd floor half bathroom with toilet, vanity, and laundry.

LAUNDRY – Full-size, stackable washer and dryer in 2nd floor half bathroom. Iron and board provided.

WIFI – FREE WIFI!

HEATING/COOLING - Large air-conditioning unit cools 1st floor. Window air-conditioning units in all 3 bedrooms. Central heat (forced air).

PARKING – Free parking at the cottage for two (2) vehicles. Additional free parking just a short walk away.
