there was not much to like. the facility is under construction, with half finished jobs everywhere. most everything is out of order. there were holes in our room where lights were supposed to be. it should not be open, or they should be remodelling one floor at a time. The staff were good and the breakfast was good.

First, we were given a room that had a bathroom with no shower curtain no towels no soap or anything. Then we complained and were given a room that had no lamps next to the bed, a shade on the window that was ripped in half, and an area over the bed that at one time apparently had something attached to the wall that was missing. The hallways were absolutely filthy. The door to the room had to be pushed hard to get it to close. And the hinges on the door squeaked loudly when the door was open and closed. We were offered no compensation for any of the deficiencies that existed at this property. I find it difficult to believe that Hilton would have their name associated with this property. If it weren't for the fact that we had just completed a 10-hour Drive we would have left and looked for something else but we had made the reservation and were afraid that if we left we wouldn't find anything. I wouldn't pay $50 for a room like this.

Would have been nice to know the hotel is under renovation. No breakfast. Kitchen area is completely under renovation. Carpet is gross. Bed was just ok. The lampshade was turned upside down and clearly not made for that lamp. Inside the microwave was filthy. Not impressed for the price we paid.

This property is under renovation, but we were told the 2nd and 3rd floors were finished. Our room was absolutely not finished. It was missing baseboards and the furniture was old. There are not enough outlets. That renovation crew live in the hotel. There was construction debris on the carpets. Overall I am very disappointed and for the $166 per night fee, I would not recommend this facility. I usually enjoy Hampton Inns, but this stay is disappointing. I look forward to checking out in the morning.

Shaky beginning. When we arrived, the receptionist was outside smoking a cigarette. When we opened the door to our room, the bed was bare and soiled linens filled the bathtub. Eventually we were assigned another room and all was well. Carpets in the hallways and elevator were not vacuumed, but that seems to unfortunately be the case in many hotels now.

I do my best to run my hotel by putting myself in my guests shoes. This being said the issues you had are not acceptable and have been addressed with my team. I also hate that our hallways and elevator were not vacuumed, unfortunately this part is bitter sweet... we are in the process of a renovation and it seems that it is next to impossible to keep areas as clean as I would like. Halfway point on our trip!
Our halfway stop between Chicago and ft worth texas . We stayed here to be able to go to the Brick house and eat their fantastic onion rings but they are closed on Sundays ! Ha! Fooled us! But we enjoyed our stay. They are in the midst of remodeling. Very comfortable . Friendly help assisted with another restaurant that was still open upon our arrival. Good breakfast . Clean!!

Very disappointed
I was disappointed to learn that I couple have saved 30+ dollars by booking directly with the hotel. Very disappointed in Hotels.com for that.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Pillows were comfy but The towels could have been fluffier. I loved the fresh fruit and coffee available all the time in the lobby.

The hotel was in a great location that was close to the events that we stayed for. Breakfast was perfect each morning with something for everyone to enjoy. It was a lot easier than going out to eat as everyone wakes up at different times. The staff was very friendly and took care of the special requests we had made right away.
