“Window to our first floor room was broken and wouldn’t lock. Asked to change rooms and were able to, so that was good. Staff was generally friendly, and provided basic support. I should’ve lowered my expectations based on the fact that it’s an “inn”, but had high hopes based on the strong reviews. Rooms were dated and both rooms smelled. “I cannot say enough about the quality of this hotel. We were upgraded to a 2 bedroom, which was wonderful for our adult daughter. The rooms were spotless, staff was very helpful. Hubby was in the hospital for surgery, the Residence Inn is virtually across the street and honors a discount for family of patients. We have stayed here before and will return if the occasion presents itself.”
