Simplify ha un ampio soggiorno con un grande divano componibile per ospitare conversazioni e relax. La sala da pranzo è collegata in questo spazio aperto che consente di giocare o cenare al grande tavolo da pranzo.

Anche in vista è la cucina completamente arredata. Caffettiera, stoviglie, utensili, tostapane, microonde, frigorifero pieno, piano cottura e forno. Questa cucina è predisposta per cucinare, cuocere al forno o semplicemente rilassarsi. Con tutti i fantastici ristoranti in giro Semplifica potresti voler appendere il grembiule durante questo soggiorno.

Simplify ha 2 camere da letto, entrambe allestite per rilassarsi e socializzare. La prima camera da letto ha un comò per i tuoi effetti personali, una sedia e un letto matrimoniale su cui appoggiare la testa. La seconda camera è la più grande e ospita anche un letto matrimoniale e un divano futon. Il divano letto 2 può essere trasformato in un letto full size per dormire extra. Questa camera ha anche un mezzo bagno annesso.

Small Town Goodness

We loved everything about our experience at this property! From our initial booking to checkout, the host was available to answer all our questions. The property itself was located right in the center of town. The cutest little town!! We walked and explored so many great coffee shops, restaurants and boutiques. I can’t recommend this rental enough.

Simplify guest loft is the best!

Pamela's loft is amazing! The decor was the best! She even has a huge chalkboard map of the immediate area that is super-cool and super-helpful. We were there on the 4th of July and we were given accurate details about parking ahead of time due to the parade. We were there visiting extended family, and when future opportunities come to visit Lebanon, we will be sure to stay at the Simplify guest loft!

Perfect Stay for the Holidays

Better and bigger then the pix!

This was SUCH a great location. We loved our stay in Lebanon. The 3rd floor apartment is up 2 long flights of stairs, so if you have someone that is not able to do stairs, this place wouldn't work well. We love staying right in the downtown and got to experience a street party directly in front of the apartment.

Great Location

This Loft was exactly as pictured. Warm and cozy! Perfect location with restaurants and shops within walking distance. Open and spacious. Parking was very close. The shower liner was dirty/order and walls in bathrooms had splatters/dirt/very dusty . Internet did not work well. Otherwise, the space was clean and well decorated.

Nice location but beware

This rental seemed very nice and is in a great location. HOWEVER, on the second night (around midnight) we found a single bug in our bed. My wife freaked out. When we looked up bugs online, we realized that it was a bed bug! We took a picture of it and immediately made arrangements to stay elsewhere that night. The next morning, the owner offered to let us stay in another unit in the same building (at the same rate) that, according to VRBO and other similar sites, was smaller and less expensive. Given our options and after convincing my family, we decided to take that offer. Thankfully, we did not see any bed bugs in the second unit. I did ask the owner to credit us for that one night and she refused to do so. She implied that we brought the bed bug in. We travel infrequently and had never seen a bed bug before this.

New Years in Lebanon

This property has a wonderful location in downtown Lebanon. Easy walking distance to lots of shops and restaurants. Pamala is a gracious host and very accommodating. This is a charming older building and Pamala has decorated it to feel very welcoming and cozy. Being an older building you can expect to hear some sounds foot traffic, pipes, etc. if you have the middle floor apartment. There were 6 in our party (4 adults, a 7 yr. old and a 16 month old) and even taking our shoes off and being careful Pamala mentioned the couple below heard our feet. They were only there the day we checked in so maybe some of that had to do with us bringing our luggage and grocery items, etc. up into the apartment. Pamala offered, and the next day we packed up and moved to the middle apartment which probably was a good idea since we had 6 in our party and the next ppl checking in just had 2 (I think I have that right). And since I had recent knee surgery I did not mind having only one flight of steps to the apartment. We have returned for several years and always enjoy our stay.

This was our second time staying here. This is a beautiful open floor plan in downtown atea close to shops, food, and brewery. Pamala is so easy to work with and if there are any concerns she is very responsive.

Awesome Location.

The apartment was more than what we needed. Beautiful place near a number of businesses and less than 20mins from the wedding location we were attending. If I ever find myself near Lebanon, I would definitely look to rent this place again.
