Overall good for large group, camping not luxury!CLEANLINESS:Mice in the living room; (we kept the doors closed)Other than that, rooms and bathrooms seemed cleanSAUNA:3 of our family got slightly electrocuted by the sauna including a child;POOL/JACUZZI:Great features, much too heavily chlorinatedSIZE and NUMBER OF BEDS:This was impressive, there were 20 of us for a multi generational family reunion, and everyone had a bed!There are 3 separate buildings: Main house, Pool House, Game HouseLinens:Sheets were clean, beds were madeThere were adequate bath towels; not enough pool towels;not enough hand towels (bathrooms) or dish towelsKITCHEN:Leak under sink (host sent plumber immediately);Fridge was small for 20 people, broken shelves;Dishwasher: ran but broken shelf;only 2/4 burners on range worked;Small, old dirty drip coffee makerDishes not clean;ALOT of unclean Pots & pans - all old, scratched teflon;Cooking utensils provided were mostly plasticA used dirty sponge was provided;Dull knives that did not chop or slice;cork trivets for hot dishes were filthy;WASHING MACHINE:very loud clunking sounds every washFIRE PIT-GAMES-TRAMPOLINE:we loved the fire pit, (bring yr own wood, starter, lighter)Love: Game room, basketball hoop, trampoline, swing set!NOTE for pet(s):The rooms were cold and had cold floors, bring your pet beds!Host was very friendly, very responsive. This is NOT a luxury rental, it's like camping but in a building
