Mini Villa U Campa Be - Sleeps 5, 250 m from San Cyprianu Beach, Corsica

We are Emilie and Jean-Philippe, we are pleased to present our mini villa for 5 people.
8 km north of Porto-Vecchio, in the heart of the village of Saint Cyprien, our house is located 250 m from the wide bay of fine sand and the turquoise sea.
You will find local shops within walking distance: mini-market, grocery store, bakery, butcher, bookshop, bars, restaurants, ice cream parlours and a post office.

Located in a family residence with a pretty wooded park, quiet and relaxing, in the shade of a pine forest, our 3-room duplex with exterior is composed of a living room with equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, a shower room and separate toilets
The master bedroom has a 160X200 bed (recent bedding)
The second has a bunk bed for up to 3 people (new bedding)
The house is equipped with air conditioning and heating
The covered terrace has a plancha and an outdoor shower that you can use on your way back from the beach, before basking in the sun.
Private outdoor parking is also available.

GROUND FLOOR
- Air-conditioned living room with a lounge area with 2 benches, television, open kitchen equipped (fridge-freezer, microwave combi oven, hob, extractor hood, dishwasher, filter coffee maker and Nespresso, electric kettle, toaster, etc.), iron, vacuum cleaner, safe

- Covered terrace with dining table and 6 chairs. Private garden with outdoor sofa and table, deckchairs, parasol, plancha and outdoor shower (hot water).

FLOOR:
-1 air-conditioned bedroom with 1 double bed 160x200, storage space and view of the park
-1 air-conditioned bedroom with 1 bunk bed for 3 people 140x190 and 90x190, new bedding, storage space and view of the park
-1 travel cot provided
-1 bathroom (shower and sink), hairdryer, person scale
-1 separate toilet

The villa is not equipped with wifi. No telephone line arrives within the residence. This equipment is therefore impossible despite our will.

In Saint Cyprien (San Cipriano), you will have the opportunity to practice sailing, water skiing, diving, horse riding, and to enjoy a magnificent place, ideally located to visit the south of Corsica.
The mountain can be reached in 30 minutes by car. You can admire the lakes, Piscia del Gallo waterfalls, Bavella Pass, adventure and canyoning trails, hiking or visit the characteristic villages (Zonza, Hospital, etc.).
Porto Vecchio is 7.5 km away. Here you will find shops, all kinds of shops and entertainment.
Bonifacio is 25 km away with its spectacular views.
