The house is ideally located a 5-minute walk from the village center (bakery, grocery store, restaurant), as well as the weekly market in Lecci. A 5-minute drive from shops and supermarkets, the house is only 10-15 minutes by car from the beaches of Pinarello or San Cyprien/Cabanon Bleu, among the most beautiful on the island, and from Porto Vecchio. A perfect location between the sea and the mountains. Air-conditioned, it has 4 spacious bedrooms, including a master suite with bathroom, a second bathroom, 2 separate toilets, a fully equipped laundry room, and a large 70m² living area comprising a large open-plan kitchen and lounge. Outside, a very large sunny terrace is perfect for meals and drinks with family or friends.
