“We really enjoyed our stay at The Lakes by Yoo. Everything was clean and well designed and the pool and spa facilities were good. Most importantly the staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful. There was a minor issue with our original room so they kindly upgraded us to a suite for our final night, which we weren't able to stay in as we had to leave due to a family emergency, but the gesture was greatly appreciated. We hope to visit again in the future! ”

“For an overnight stay on a budget, this was fantastic. The bed was comfy, decent pillows and duvet, the sheets and towels were lovely and clean and I really liked the brand of toiletries. The hotel/pub is really big and could do with some updating, but this would needs huge investment, so I'm not surprised at overall condition, but it's functional, clean and tidy. “Wasn’t a hotel room was like a cheap motel out side shed , poorly maintained, bathroom was fitted by a blind man , no restaurant although advertised, feel really misled by the advert on here , ”

“Personale carinissimo. Camera strana, era in discesa e disposta in modo molto strano, abbiamo dormito con la testa in discesa e i piedi in salita. Altra cosa da rivedere è il lavandino, troppo troppo piccolo e con la mensola proprio sopra, se ti vuoi avvicinare per lavarti la faccia devi appoggiare la fronte sulla mensola. Comunque la pulizia era buona, personalmente e servizio molto disponibili e cordiali. Ci ritornerei, magari in una stanza diversa. ”

“Abbiamo soggiornato nel meraviglioso Cotteswold House B&B lo scorso weekend e possiamo dire con certezza che l’esperienza è stata eccellente. Siamo arrivati in tarda serata, accolti da un’atmosfera calda e familiare. Le foto sul sito valevano già molto… ma la realtà è ancora più suggestiva. Avevamo una quadrupla con le due stanze comunicanti, perfettamente curate: arredi accoglienti e la pulizia impeccabile — ogni dettaglio sembrava pensato per farci sentire “a casa”, ma in un contesto...

“Hotel eccezionale per comfort, cortesia e posto. L'unica cosa negativa é che la domenica la colazione viene servita dalle 8:00 in poi e se si é in viaggio di affari ci si alza presto e si comincia il giorno a stomaco vuoto...”

“Really lovely motel with lots of thoughtful touches to make the stay comfortable. The shower was incredible, like a therapy session in itself. We were less impressed by the adjoining diner. The food missed the mark a bit, although the restaurant itself and the ambience was good.”

“Could be outstanding but the kitchen lets them down. The location, hotel and staff are wonderful but the food is where the shine falls off. Decent menu but most of the food was bland, lacking taste or overly greasy (fish). Breakfast was wrong both mornings (even with simple request), kitchen needs to read the orders properly.. At the two dinners, both night people on tables around us were commenting on their food.. (which is such a shame for a lovely hotel...”
