“The hallway was filthy on the second floor. The room had a horrible smell of dirty hair and mildew. The floor was dirty with grime and something that had dripped everywhere. The bed was fine, shower grubby, it was a pretty bad night's sleep. I was happy to breath fresh air in the morning when I stepped outside.”

“Hotel Kenney Rideau shines by its friendly and wonderfully helpful staff and it's incredible food menu! We felt very welcome, as if we had known them for years. Their evening and brunch menus are very generous and of incredible quality. Certain rooms are showing their age but they are a work in progress. We were nonetheless very comfortable and would go again.”
