“On a positive note, the property was quiet and secure. Some of the fittings eg bathroom suite were high quality whilst others were not. The kitchen was missing a cupboard door, the doors were peeling, the tap leaked, and most importantly, the fridge did not shut so there was a huge block of ice in the fridge which was melting and leaking onto the shelves and drawers. “Really nice modern hotel. Friendly helpful staff and beautiful reception and dining areas. Ideal location to explore the city centre and only a five minute walk to the train station. We enjoyed our 2 nights in a King Double room, lovely comfy bed with tasteful modern decor. Bathroom very clean and powerful shower! When called for extra soaps and hot beverage things, staff were fast and generous. Would recommend and definitely be looking for Hyatt hotels more often from now on 😃 ”
