  • Spacious house in Armley, just a 10-minute drive from Leeds city centre. This home offers large bedrooms, generous living areas and modern bathrooms. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, fast Wi-Fi and easy access to transport links. Ideal for families, groups or business travellers looking for a clean, spacious base close to the heart of Leeds.

    THE SPACE
    Welcome to our beautiful three-storey terraced house, featuring a cozy living room, a full kitchen, and a dining room.

    Our modern home offers comfortable bedding, ample spaces, and a prime location near shops and Leeds City Centre.

    There are a total of 5 bedrooms in the house, with 2 bathrooms and beds distributed as below. The house is ideal for 10-11 people to stay. Nevertheless, it has a maximum capacity for up to 12 guests.

    Bedroom 1:
    - 1 x Single Bed
    - 1 x Double Bed

    Bedroom 2:
    - 2 x Single Bed

    Bedroom 3:
    - 1 x Single Bed

    Bedroom 4:
    - 1 x Double Bed

    Bedroom 5:

    Please Note: Once the reservation is made we will need you to send us a photo of your ID or Passport due to the guest registration process that we must take for security.

    GUEST ACCESS
    A self-check-in system is in place, there is a key locker with a code that we will provide you on the day of check-in. Free parking is available on the premises.

    OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
    This is a house run by Kandaka Properties Ltd.

    We have some other properties around Leeds area in case you were interested in other locations or have a few groups that wish to book simultaneously.
