The Space:
⚠️Important — No Lift in the Building. This apartment is on an upper floor and there is no lift. All guests need to use the stairs to get to the apartment.

For a more budget-friendly option, Woodhouse Lane car park, LS2 3AX, is available at around £15 per day, located a 15-minute walk away.

• Security deposit / Damage waiver: Choose either a refundable £250 security deposit (card hold released within 7 days after your stay if no damage is reported) or a small, non-refundable damage-waiver fee that covers accidental damage up to a set limit. • 72-hour window: These steps must be completed at least 3 days before check-in, or the reservation may be cancelled for security reasons (we’ll send reminders to avoid any issues).
