“Location was great for us as the family we were visiting was only about a 10 minute drive into Lee’s summit. The property is peaceful and the hot tub was a nice touch.”

“It was overpriced compared to other Fairfields I've stayed at but I booked too late so didn't have much choice in motels close to my meetings. It was nice enuf but not luxury, clean & quiet. Typical motel breakfast, was ok but no pancake or waffle machine. Pool was clean & my young girl swam but the hot tub was closed which is what I wanted after a long drive. I was very disappointed there was no microwave in the room! But there was a mini fridge/freezer we used. ”

“Reserved for a young adult in town visiting. Check in was easy, staff was friendly & efficient. It’s a little rough, but it was fine for younger adults. They enjoyed the pool, clean & temp was great. For people not familiar with the area, based on appearance you may not think it’s a safe area, but it is. Special thanks to the front desk lady! She was wonderful!”

“No toilet paper, felt springs in mattress, pillows were worthless, all vending machines were sold out or didn't work, will never stay there again. ”
