“I am shocked at how high of stars this hotel had when it is average at best. The hotel is a whole complex which was difficult to navigate and even find the hotel. It is on a beautiful property, but the beds feel like you’re laying on cheap plastic and the breakfast is disappointing. (No waffle maker, which is always what I’m looking for at hotel breakfast). Overall it was a fine overnight but certainly does not deserve the excellent rating listed. Okay at best”

“The property was easy to locate. It was clean and the staff were nice and helpful at check-in. The one thing that was problematic was every time we flush the toilet in our room. It made a very loud sound for 30 seconds. Loud enough to be heard outside the room. I called the front desk about it and they said they didn’t have anybody to fix it until the next day. I would think that the cleaning staff would’ve noticed that that was a problem and it would already be task to be fixed, but it was...

“Room clean, quiet, good bed. Only complaint : Air conditioning either blowing freezing air on bed, or when cycles off, the room gets too hot quickly. Great breakfasts! Convenient location.”
