The Property was in really bad conditions. The bathtub did not have the shower curtain, the air condition was very noise, the room was small and smelly. We found a cockroach in the middle of the night. It could not be worst.

The parking area was good. The staff were very nice and helpful. The breakfast was great, a full selection. The room we had was very nice, except for the mattresses which were very soft. When we first sat on the edges we about slid off, sitting on the bottom edge didn't make any difference. Getting onto the near middle of the mattress was amusing, but made for better sleeping. The mini refrigerator and microwave were very handy. The carpet was damp, but my son said it was probably because of the humidity in Florida. It was conveniently located for our need,and for the price it was worth the mattress issue--everything else was 5 stars.

The carpet in the room felt like it hasn't been deep cleaned in years. I had to walk around with shoes on. Battled roaches all night due roaches crawling from the smoke detector, sink, and air conditioner. The roaches got into our food and shoe boxes. The bed was filthy with crumbs and hairs. The people in the room above me stomped and banged all night. I booked for 2 nights but checked out early due to the room being unbearable.

Leesbury Quality Inn & suites
Check-in was fine. The room was clean other finding some small roaches. Room next to ours was filled went very loud kids from a basketball team. Kids were running around and banging door until midnight. No one from management (that were on the same floor) came down asked them to be quiet. I did ask them to calm down twice, any then gave up.

They have a bad pissant problem. The sheets and towels were stained so bad it’s the first thing you notice when you walk in the room or use a towel. The mattress is stained . outside and front lobby looked great!

Housekeeping staff were very helpful and friendly. We needed to ask for sheets, pillows and blanket in order to use the sofa bed. The sofa bed, while it is not expected to be as comfortable as a regular one, was very uncomfortable. The young person sleeping in it woke to back pain and reported feeling every spring and metal frame.

Front desk staff was hreat. Very friendly and helpful. Housekeeping? Not so much. Skipped our room in cleaning. Spoke with feont desk and the lady who worked noghts was fantastic in helping is get clean towels and toiletries. Not quite sure what was going on with the toilet as it ran constantly even after jiggling the handle.

The property and facilities were clean on the outside but was nasty inside. The carpet in my room and in the hall filthy. The hallway smelt of mole. There were what appeared to be a homeless person sleeping in the lobby. There were at least two vehicles in the parking lot with people asleep inside when I left the next morning.
