You’ll be able to enjoy this splendid villa nestled in lush greenery, featuring a heated pool and a large, sun-drenched terrace facing southwest, surrounded by a landscaped, enclosed garden.

You’ll have 5 bedrooms and 5 en-suite bathrooms at your disposal. There are 4 spacious double bedrooms (160) with en-suite showers, including a master suite with a balcony overlooking the garden, as well as a children’s room with bunk beds (for children only).

The living areas are bright and comfortable; the living room and dining room open onto the large terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, including an induction cooktop, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, washing machine, and dryer...

You’ll enjoy the heated pool (open from April through All Saints’ Day, weather permitting), which is secured by a pool cover.

Parking is available on the property (electric outlet for electric cars).

The house is ideally located in a quiet neighborhood where you can relax while enjoying the proximity to the ocean and lagoon beaches, the market, and downtown Cap-Ferret.

Household linens are available for an additional fee of 30€ per person; a mid-stay cleaning service is required once a week.

Note: The fireplace is not usable.

La Conciergerie du Cap will be at your disposal throughout your stay to assist with any requests.
