For the first time in Bali this was an awesome place. Touch on the older side but still wonderful. Wifi is really good pool is clean and warm. You can hear town noise outside but units are quiet inside. Staff are super friendly and very accommodating. Close to everything and taxis/gojek past the door very frequently. We will be returning next year.

Liked this hotel because i was in room 102 which is down the back away from the street and reception area. Great shower and air con. Bed was very comfortable. The only drawback for me is the location and the pools, they did not get sun so no sunbathing or swimming. Did not have breakfast so cant comment. All the staff are lovely and friendly.

We have just returned from a 2 week stay at AQ-VA. Our rooms were spacious and cleaned daily however very tired and in need of a revamp. The whole property needs updating very drab inside and out. Location good with lots of great restaurants close by. Staff should be highly praised for their efficiency and friendliness. Thank you for your great service

Great value for money
The place is amazing and has good money value. Staff is really nice and helpful. The only two things i will recommend to the hotel the room i staied was the glass in the shower too short and the water was going near to the toilet and sink. the other issue the blinds needs to be changed as very default to go in and out the room as the blinds going from up to the buttom needs to be changed to side. the hotel has no left with be good if has one otherwise everything great

The staff were very friendly. The overall state of the property is a little tired from the outside however the villa was new, clean and very comfortable. Having our own pool was an added bonus. We would definitely come back

The 2 bedroom was nice and very spacious. The private pool was very convenient but it was just the same length depth everywhere. So the kids had trouble using it. Staffs was very nice and helpful. Also the room is very far from the reception and there is a long walk specially when you are carrying luggages. Overall we had a nice stay and I would recommend it to others.

Stayed a few times and love the location…. Easy to get to beach and taxi is easy to get. Rooms are clean, modern and big. 2 pools , one is cold in shade and one is in sun . Perfect

Dear Oliver. Sorry you had a poor experience staying with us, due to the gym being out of action. Things do sometimes go wrong, and whilst we aim for perfection, we hope guests understanding this, and judge us, too, on our response. Our free breakfast offer was made in good faith.

We were in a villa that never got any sun and had a cold pool. We never used the pool once as it was too cold. We paid $200 per night for a cold pool and no buffet breakfast. Would never stay again!

Dear Briony. Our apologies you were expecting a buffet breakfast. Post-Covid buffet breakfasts are difficult to offer. Bali is in the southern hemisphere and as such, July/August are considered "winter months" with mild temperatures of around 28 degrees Celcius, and much lower humidity than at other times of the year. Most of our guests consider July/August to be the best time for a visit.

Modern well located property close to good cafes, shopping etc. On this occasion we had a studio room which was well appointed & modern. The property does however require some maintenance mainly a freshen up of paintwork & more efficient airconditioning . On the 2 occasions we stayed the aircond was inadequate. The breakfasts were well done & service all ways friendly & efficient.

The staff are A1 plus, particularly Oka who drove us 90 minutes to a 4pm wedding, returning at midnight. Next day back to same location at 2pm returning at 6 pm. He then asked if he could drive us to the airport to return home. Negative was a rooster crowing at 6 am plus construction sight next door, concrete saws, jackhammers and banging 8am to 8 pm every day. If l new in advance would not stay there, all guests complaining, not pleasant as right next to the swimming pools.

2nd stay here. Great location and clean. Great food, often ate in the restaurant for dinner. Breakfast was okay as well. If you didn’t like anything on the menu. You could purchase a breakfast and a really low price anyway. Lovely big rooms also,

Staff are very nice. Accommodating & helpful but many that don't have a good command of English. The property is modern but requires a complete clean from Top to bottom - everything is glass, steel and render but its dirty abs isint being maintained. It was full of Australian families who had no regard for other guests whatsoever - screaming kids running the public areas while Mum & Dad sucked on stubbies seemed to be the norm.

We booked a mystery room ithe room was ok but it was so noisy we did not sleep for 2 nights we raked to be moved the first day but they said that was the mystery room The staff did nothing to stop the noise from very noisy guests that where up drinking until 2 in the morning each night The guest over took the pool area and left cans cigarettes butts cloths and children toys everywhere And the staff did nothing to fit it

The overall stay here was excellent. The only complaint would be the broken TV which had a cracked screen but we hardly used it and each room had its own television anyway. Close to restaurants, shops and grandparents who were staying in another hotel around the corner. As a family with a toddler and 12yo, I would highly recommend this hotel to all families. Great coffee shop across the road too.(Coffee Cartel)

A hidden surprise in the middle of Legian Bali.👍
Would definitely consider a return to this hotel/ Villas on my next holiday, the staff were friendly and obliging. As a guest at the hotel my only complaint would be the breakfast menu, I feel it could vastly improved the selections were somewhat limited especially with the vouchers.

The rooms and breakfasts are excellent. Mezzanine was very spacious really for 4 people but was on third floor and no lift. Not easy for us over 60 's. Would stay again if got room on ground floor.

Would stay here again.
Spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment was perfect for our family of 4, although the beds were very hard. There were renovations happening, but the noise was kept to a minimum. We were not there much during the day, so it didn't bother us. Two pools in the complex, not resort style but that was fine with us. If you want a resort with lots of facilities don't stay here, if you just want a good size and well priced room in a great location near restaurants and shops this is a great place to stay.
