“The villa was lovely, the bathroom and the rain shower and bath and the pool was gorgeous - it was like a private oasis. The room was cleaned, water provided and bed made each day and breakfast had great options with juice and coffee (I highly recommend the nasi goreng!) and the afternoon tea was lovely, and will be brought to your room if you want. “Beware room 551 it is a dungeon on the 5th floor nothing like the pictures on Expedia or the hotel website - no balcony and a padlock on the window which we couldn’t open . Took us 5 hours of non stop talking to the hotel & Expedia and showing them the photos from the website to the photos we took of the room we were placed in before we were moved to a slightly better room with a balcony gave up arguing as just wanted to try and enjoy our holiday - hardly a delux room !”
