🔹 A pool service comes on Fridays and a lawn service monthly. They work outside and do not need to come indoors

🔹 If a named storm is forecast, the owner fits the shutters herself, so we may need brief access to the outside of the house



Guest Access:

Guests have the whole house and the screened pool area to themselves.



Entry is by a keypad code on the front door, which we send to you before you arrive. Park in the driveway - there is room for two vehicles - or on the street. Please do not park on the grass.



The garage is the owner's and is not part of the rental.



The home is on a well and septic system, so please flush only toilet paper.



The internet is satellite (HughesNet), which is what is available out here - good for browsing and streaming, less reliable for video calls.



A pool service comes on Fridays and a lawn service monthly; both work outside only.

It's calm and uncrowded, ideal for guests who want a private pool and a comfortable base at a gentler pace than the coast, or who are in the area for work or to visit family.

Getting Around:

You'll need a car here, as Lehigh Acres is residential, spread out and served by only limited public transport. Free parking is included: the driveway holds two vehicles, and there is street parking as well.



🔹 Southwest Florida International Airport (RSW): about 25 to 40 minutes depending on route and traffic

🔹 Downtown Fort Myers: about 30 minutes west

🔹 Fort Myers Beach & Sanibel: allow about 1 hour, best as a full day out

🔹 Rideshare: available, but waits can be long
