The Coolidge House Close enough to all you want to do, but not too close

This house in in a quite neighborhood 13 miles east of Fort Myers. It is a great place to relax away from all the hustle and bustle but close enough to drive to whatever you want to do in Florida. We have two golf courses within 2 miles, the airport is 15 miles away. Bass fishing is 45 miles away and Fort Myers beach is 25 miles. The house has a bird aviary, outside sitting place, bar, so you don't have to go anywhere to relax. The 65" TV in the living room with fire place is a great place to relax and watch a movie or sporting event. The Wi-Fi in the house will allow you to steam movies and stay connected with you friends and family. And not to far away is things to do, The Ford and Edison winter estates, Gator Rama, Fenway south home of Red Socks spring training complex along with the Twins spring training complex, The beach is a little drive or Uber away where the new Margaritaville Hotel is now open, Down town Fort Myers is a good place to spend some time and has a lot to do and offer with bars and restaurants, a park where the is often bands and other stuff happening, There is just to much to list to do, it is far enough away from all that so this quite place is a perfect place to relax and watch the birds though the sliding glass doors after a day of fun and excitement.

Clean, comfortable, and private

Our stay was very comfortable. Everything was clean and in good order. The aviary was really nice. The property is not large, but it doesn't feel like there are close neighbors with the way it's set up. You really have to see it to understand. My wife commented that another reviewer who said the pictures didn't do it justice was right. One of the neighbors had a party over the weekend that was a little loud, but not overly obnoxious. Most people probably wouldn't notice if they had the TV on, but we're the quiet type. I'd stay here again.

Relaxing and peaceful

The pictures don’t do The Coolidge House justice. My parents live close by and we needed a place to stay for my Nana’s 85th birthday. After staying one night and telling her about it she wanted to spend her birthday there instead of the beach. We sat on the patio and watched and listened to the little birds in the atrium surrounding it. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. Brian and Toni are absolutely lovely humans. We needed assistance and they responded quickly. I hope to be able to stay here again when visiting my family in the future.
