I stayed for half the week, and the sheets were stained (yellowish), there were cockroaches and flies, cigarette butts all over the hallways, and a smell of cigarettes and dampness; there was no TV or microwave, and the water was cut off for a day. “We had a great stay at the hotel. We have been theater members from when it opened until we moved out of the area two years ago. So nice to have a place to stay while back visiting. We ate at the restaurant at a bar booth- usually our favorite but while the food was good they seemed very rushed and short staffed with soup coming out cold and drinks delayed.”

“Staff at front desk were helpful and friendly. Most of the cleaning staff were not friendly at all. They took over the elevator and didn’t allow us to use it. They were on their phones or busy eating food. The breakfast area was clean and well stocked. It was great to see that they had non pork items to choose from. Coffee maker was broken but staff did work hard to get it fixed for use. Rooms were very clean. Not enough towels for the amount of guest in the room but they were willing to give...

“Impossible to sleep due to deafening street noise I had a terrible stay here and got almost zero sleep. To be fair, the hotel room itself and the staff are not the problem—they were perfectly fine. The issue is entirely the hotel's location and a severe lack of soundproofing. Motorists were zooming past the hotel the entire night. “The room was extremely clean and the beds were very comfortable. The staff at the front desk (Jadda) was very helpful and friendly. I didn’t try the breakfast but I heard they were small and round which was fine. My husband brought me coffee and great danish and terrific blueberry muffin. We heard there would be a happy hour. That was a negative probably because it was a holiday. I will go there again. It’s centrally located in Bethlehem and was very affordable.”
