The front desk staff was kind enough to fax an important document for us which was very helpful. Bartenders remembered our drinks like we were old friends! Melinda, the breakfast attendant, is always delightful at all of our stays, past & present!! The Manager & all of the staff are fantastic!!!”

It was nice being warmly greeted by the personel working the front desk. The location was key as the hotel has its own entrance straight into the PPL Center. There are plenty of food options right in the vicinity. ”
