The propane tank is managed on an honor system. If it needs a refill or exchange during your stay, this can be done at a nearby gas station; please keep the receipt and send it for reimbursement.

For safety, the home has fire extinguishers, smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, and a first aid kit. One exterior Ring camera faces the parking area and records audio and video 24/7 when motion is triggered.
