“Start to finish, the staff were incredibly helpful in explaining what their amenities and services they have, as well as assist me in getting my suite key replaced after I forgot it in my room. They also offer breakfast that is reasonably flexible and the ability to order food from your room at most hours. Room service was done on the daily and you can request refills from the complimentary snack parlour via the phone or in person. Wifi was also provided for free.”

“Very disappointed with room. Paid £80 when was only worth a maximum of £20. Fire safety poster in bedroom unreadable! Very dated, dark & dingy decoration In desperate need of work Located on a busy main road, so noisy traffic. Carpet unclean Bathroom in need of updating 2 cups in room but no glasses. I asked a member of staff for a glass but was told they don’t supply glasses?? Definitely not recommended at this price!!!!”

“On arrival, we were shown to the "penthouse", a twin room on the third floor. The large bedroom light worked, but none of the smaller, bedside lights worked, so not great at night - totally or all nothing. Floor-space in the room was significantly compromised by a dismantled wooden bed-frame cluttering up the room. The toilet adjacent to our room was ok but we were told that the shower room was not usable so we had to use one on the lower floor (which was for several other rooms). My partner...
